Students and lecturers are not totally committed to use of ICT coz still classes have either chalk boards or white boards which encourage the lecturers to use either pieces of chalk or or white board pens. Classes should go totally digital by installing power point presentation screens. More training should also be given to lecturers on use of ICT as most of them are old school. Students should also be encouraged to submit their assignments through soft copies as opposed to hard copies. This can serve as a motivation towards actualizing E- learning in Africa.
That is very true brother,kwanza with the introduction of free laptops in schools their will be need for proper training so as to enhance the digitalization process.
